Day 2 for VBS was another wonderful fun filled day. 111 children came to sing, dance, play, and learn about Moses and God’s plan that is on purpose. The highlight for me and believe for many was to witness 25 3-5 year old singing and jumping and praising the Lord in song and dance.Continue reading “Vacation Bible School Day 2”

Vacation Bible School
VBS began last evening with a huge bang. We had 104 children and around 60 workers to start of our 5 night VBS! We had basketball players, soccer players, baseball players, archery shooters, and of course cheerleaders. God blessed us with overcast skies. We sang some songs, prayed, ate a snack, and had aContinue reading “Vacation Bible School”
Ephesians 1:3
As we studied Ephesians 1:3 last evening, I was reminded this morning about Paul as he penned this letter. He has just finished up a missionary journey so the words are full of the excitement from his explorations and church planting expositions. If your departmentContinue reading “BGCT, Baylor agree to sale of Baptist Building in Dallas”

Do Something
Do something, the world needs you. If you are a Christian, then this post is for you. Doing something is always better than doing nothing. When we do nothing, expectations are exactly that; nothing will happen. When we decide to do something, we expect something to happen. Sounds like a simple solution, right? Well, easierContinue reading “Do Something”
